Write to us by email

support@breathalyzer.io

We reply to every message that is addressed to us and needs an answer. Questions that need us to check a maker's documentation can take a little longer, because we look at the source before we reply.

We do not run a contact form, a phone line or a postal address for readers. Email keeps every question and every correction in one place, so nothing gets lost.

What you can write to us about

  • Corrections to specifications. If a sensor type, stated accuracy, calibration interval or other detail on our pages does not match the maker's current documentation, tell us which page and model, and include a link to the source.
  • Questions about our guides. If a guide is unclear or leaves out something you expected to find, let us know what you were looking for.
  • Questions about choosing a tester. We can point you to the pages that explain the trade-offs for your situation, such as a teen driver at home or screening at a small workplace.
  • Questions about our method, our affiliate links or this site's privacy practices.
  • Requests about your email signup, such as unsubscribing or deleting your address.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give legal or medical advice. We cannot tell you whether a reading, an estimate or a number of drinks means you are safe or legal to drive, and we cannot advise on a specific DUI case, a court order or an employment dispute. For those questions, speak to a qualified attorney, your doctor, or the relevant official body such as your state DMV.

We are not a retailer. We do not sell devices, handle orders, process returns or arrange repairs and calibration. For an order placed on Amazon, contact Amazon or the seller. For warranty, calibration or sensor service, contact the manufacturer of your device.

We do not accept payment for reviews or placements, so we do not answer requests for sponsored coverage.

Useful pages before you write
